All the information will be used to fulfill our website’s main goal: develop an interactive directory of local businesses in Puerto Rico. ~Members Area~
Members are individuals who provide their email address to receive our newsletters and/or create an account on our webpage. Individuals who voluntarily create an account on our webpage or subscribe will need to provide personal details such as their full name and/or email address. Members may opt-out (as required by applicable law) of receiving marketing communications.

~Promotions~
Although publications on our website are free, Guayabas PR may offer the opportunity for businesses to promote their business by purchasing online a promo package. The promo packages will be available in a first come first serve basis. Guayabas PR cannot guarantee that everyone interested on purchasing one of the packages will be able to do so. Business owners may post job opportunities in our website. They will be required to upload basic information about the job such as job title, job description, location, address, salary range, and other information that may seem relevant to the applicant. Job post MUST NOT be misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive. Job post MUST NOT involve illegal activities, products, or services. Job post MUST NOT discriminate based on sex, race, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or any other basis protected by the law.  Job opportunities found on the web and/or social media that may be of interest to our audience may also be posted on our website by the Guayabas Team following the same terms addressed here. By submitting or posting a photo on Guayabas PR website or social platforms, users acknowledge and agree that they are granting Guayabas PR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to Guayabas PR to use, reproduce, copy, post, including, but not limited to, in ad campaigns, advertisements, commercials, promotions, or any other commercial use. Participants acknowledge and accept that they do not have and will not have any right to remuneration, royalty, compensation or additional payment for the exercise of the rights granted to Guayabas PR. Guayabas PR reserves the right to discard photos that are inappropriate or offensive.
